I haven't tried Lovable yet, but I tried aura.build and I had some issues exporting screens back to Figma. The wireframe import from Figma worked seamlessly tho
That's exciting! I’ve been finding great content on Substack! I would like to understand the minimum coding concepts I should know to work with vibe coding effectively. How do you read AI-generated code without needing to master syntax for UX designers for example who don’t code? Workflow examples and best practices for writing prompts that lead to usable code would be helpful too!
Subscribed to your Substack after my sister introduced me to RecipeTables. I immediately supported your work as a founder after reading through what you’ve done redesigning recipes. Love it! I currently have 245 recipes in my Notes folder alone and am working on converting all of them into tables.
I’m fairly new to vibe coding, having only read about it the past few months. I’d love to see how it can be used in the paint industry, especially with visualizing paint colours in homes.
A bit about me — I’m a graphic designer for a Canadian paint and coatings manufacturer and we are deep in the process of strengthening our online presence. For a company who has been making paint and coatings since 1933, our online presence has been a work in progress the past decade, especially with the rise of social media. How we interact with customers is very different from the typical sales pitch from 50 years ago. I’m interested to see how we can responsibly use AI to gather the years of technical expertise from our sales reps into a database and create sales aids that uses regular human syntax to communicate with customers on the fly.

I'm working on an Agent Development Kit prototype that's going to start as a personal research/practice POC, but I intend to monetise it later on with a vibe-coded UI, vibe-code-assisted (yet prudent) DB/payment gateway integration, and vibe coding some of the connective logic as well as figuring out some of the deployment specifics. I'm good with the actual backend SDK (ADK) but not with all the other parts that make it go from idea to real - vibe coding gives me way more capability to bring it to market someday, mostly bc I know enough about the holes and potential pitfalls of vibe coded solutions that I can appropriately push back on models and ask the right questions to avoid massive security flaws. Probably. ;)

I ve been using websim.com to code html websites and creating web maps. I will explore what cursor.com offers. Thanks for sharing.
